Comparison of screenshot filesize by LosslessCut and VLC

I used a single coloured video to test screenshots taken by LosslessCut and VLC.

Both tests were done on "keyframes" identified by LosslessCut. I think I've done a good job of making sure the VLC screenshots were taken at the exact same frames as LosslessCut.

Here're the filesizes in KB.

I dont know how to assess image quality though. Therefore, I dont have a conclusion on which has better screenshot quality.
